What
should I do if I lose my PIN? Is it possible
to look up from my record?

Sometimes,
the connection fails. Why were calling minutes
disappeared?
International calls are transmitted through
various networks, some distortion can occur.
If there is no signal longer than 90 seconds,
please hang up and redial. Consequently,
you may lose 1 minute of credit. If this
happens to you, please call customer service
for the credit at Tel. 1-800-321-5553.
Sometimes,
there are pauses and interruption in the
connection.
Delay and pause can happen from both end
carriers, please hang up and reconnect.
Why
aren't calling minutes accreted as indicated
on the card?
According to the Federal Communications
Commission (FCC) regulations, 15% tax has
to be applied to every minute used. If you

How
can I ensure that my credit card data is
secured?
Your security is our main concern. Our website
is secured and approved by Paypal. Your
credit card data is kept in our offline
server and will not be shared with anyone.
Can
I claim if card's minute is lost?
Please contact customer service center at
Tel. 1-800-321-5553 to verify your data.
If lost minutes are found due to the problems
on our side, you will be credited.

The connection is simple and easy since
our system is 100% fiber optic.

Easy call is a convenient service provided

the PIN every time you place the call from
